    The Story Behind The Jar

    Recently awarded First in Class at Sydney Royal National Honey Show, our certified organic Creamed Honey is everything a pantry staple should be—smooth, silky, and spoon-ready. 

    Made using a traditional slow-churn method, each small batch is carefully crafted from 100% pure, raw honey. It’s a gentle process to control natural crystallisation, creating the honey’s fine, creamy texture.

    Native Flora Kangaroo Island

    Each variety of creamed honey is a reflection of the floral source the nectar is collected from.

    Grown on Kangaroo Island’s ancient soils, the Cup Gum is a native South Australian tree that flowers only every 3–4 years. It's late autumn and winter blooms produce nectar-rich flowers that are a rare and valuable source, giving our Creamed Honey its light and subtly sweet character. 

    Sugar Gum occurs naturally in four distinct areas of South Australia, including Kangaroo Island. The large stands of mature trees along the water courses on Kangaroo Island make it one of the few places where pure varietal honey can be collected on an annual basis. 

    Premium Raw honey is unfiltered, and undergoes minimal processing to retain all the natural health benefits of pure honey. Raw honey contains various vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes, the health benefits these provide may be reduced if the honey is heated and filtered. 

    Tasting Notes – Smooth, Floral, & Delicate

    Made for both flavour and feel, this honey is light on the palate with a subtle sweetness and signature creamy texture. A perfect match for toast and crumpets, swirled into porridge, or hot herbal teas, it’s a versatile jar to keep within reach.
