Kangaroo Island is the oldest bee sanctuary in the world and is home to the purest strain of Ligurian Bee, protected by an Act of Parliament since 1885.  Almost 50% of Kangaroo Island is native vegetation, there is 891 species of native plants and 46 endemic species only found here. The unique native flora gives our wildflower honey a flavour that isn’t found anywhere else.
Tasting Notes:
A honey that’s bursting with marshmallow and caramel nougat notes. So light, it’s the perfect sweetness to brighten up matcha drinks or desserts. Or pair with a nutty cheese like a Comte and apple slice, or Gruyere and Asiago cheeses.
